Join a Small Team That Does It Properly
We're a small Milton Keynes block paving team with a simple rule: do the groundwork right and the paving takes care of itself. If you'd rather take an extra hour compacting a sub-base than leave a drive that sinks in a year, you'll fit in well. We work across Milton Keynes and the surrounding towns, mostly on homeowners' drives, patios and paths.

Block Paver
Description
Laying and cutting block paving on domestic drives, patios and paths. That includes screeding laying courses, setting out patterns and borders, cutting neatly around drains and covers, and jointing and compacting. You'll also help with groundwork when needed.
Experience
- Proven experience laying block paving to a good standard
- Comfortable reading levels and setting falls
- Confident with a disc cutter and plate compactor (relevant cards a plus)
- A full UK driving licence is useful

Groundworker / Labourer
Description
Excavation, muck-away, laying and compacting sub-base, setting kerbs and edging in concrete, installing channel drains and soakaways, and keeping sites safe and tidy.
Experience
- Groundwork or landscaping experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
- Happy working outdoors in all seasons
- Reliable, punctual and careful around customers' homes
- Mini digger experience a plus
